I have been an attorney for more than forty years.  After retiring from the private practice of law in 2022, I have worked exclusively in mediation.  The last 26 years of my career were devoted almost entirely to estate and probate work, protective proceedings and related litigation.  I have completed multiple training programs that include facilitative and evaluative mediation models.  I currently serve as a volunteer mediator for the Larimer County Small Claims Court, which provides opportunities for me to work in many types of civil disputes.
