I bill at an hourly rate of $175.  Billable work includes reviewing submissions from parties and their counsel; follow-up with parties and counsel; any additional necessary preparation; time spent in mediation; and participation in drafting an agreement or stipulation.  I do not charge for mileage or travel time for mediation in Fort Collins or Loveland. All other travel time is billed at $44 per hour (approximately one-quarter of my hourly rate) and mileage fees are charged at the then-current IRS rate.
